La Relève offers various parental enrichment workshops that meet the needs of families in Haut-Saint-François. The workshops are offered free of charge to the population.
Coffee Break
The coffee break ares safe spaces that allow parents to discuss their realities, to help each other and to socialize. A facilitator is on site to be able to offer help, listen, give information, etc.
Playgroup
The playgroup est a lively meeting place in English. Children can come and socialize enjoy, play and tinker whilee
parents discuss various topics with each other.
Family coffee
Parents and children, come and gather at Café Laurier in the company of your family. A beautiful ocopportunity to make new connections, both for adults and children! Coffee and games are availables on the spot.
Creative Art Club
Bring your creative materials, come create and exchanger your artistic knowledge with people in the community. Painting, knitting, crochet and much more!
Coffee Break with

The coffee break with a cooking workshop are offered free of charge one friday per month at the different kitchen service points.
Pedagogical day
During educational days, we organize outings for families with school-age children. A panoply of fun outings.
Break of supper!
La Relève offers a dinner and an evening of themed family activities. Meal provided free of charge to families; present at the activity. Games on site for children.
Family playful space
Activity for the whole family. Come and discover new games and board games for the whole family. A multitude of games tried and tested under the theme of the month. This activity travels throughout the Haut-Saint-François region.
Bébé bazar
Annual event organized by La Relève, where over 40 vendors and craftspeople sell used and new goods. Inflatable games, animals, cotton candy, popcorn, balloon sculptures, canteen and much more. Free admission.
Father's make a pair
Father-child activity organized once a month, with the presence of guest speakers.
