This will give Secret Santas more access to children's gift ideas.

To help you complete the form, here is some important information:

2. The top section must be completed in full by the parent. This will not be given to the Secret Santa.

3. The bottom section must contain 3 gift ideas worth a maximum of $40 that the child would like to receive from the Secret Santa. They can write this themselves or ask their parents for help.

In collaboration with CIUSSS de l'Estrie - CHUS, we invite families from Haut-Saint-François to come celebrate the magic of the holiday season with the entire Relève team on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

For the occasion, we are offering a spaghetti dinner followed by a glow-in-the-dark disco. Everyone is welcome to wear their Christmas pajamas if they wish.
