La Relève invites families with school-aged children in Haut-Saint-François to participate FREE OF CHARGE in a Speed Cuddles activity with Toutous poilus. Children will be able to brush, pet, and handle dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, mini horses, chickens, and other small pets. The activity will be divided into 30-minute time slots.
There will also be a board game and coloring area for families who wish to stay on site (before or after their time slot).

🏊 Outing to the pool

⚔️ Katag (Foam sword fighting)
📍Where: Johnville Community Center (62 Jordan Hill Road, Cookshire-Eaton)
🕐Time: Block A (12:30pm to 1:30pm) OR Block B (1:30pm to 2:30pm)
😁Capacity: 25 places per block
✨Description: A large-scale game of “TAG,” invented and developed in Quebec, where two teams compete using foam swords. To score a point, players must knock out all players on the opposing team by touching them with their foam sword. In addition to this basic system, characters, variations, and scenarios are added to make the games more exciting.
🔫 Lasertag Adventure
📍Where: Johnville Community Center (62 Jordan Hill Road, Cookshire-Eaton)
🕐Time: Block A (2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.) OR Block B (3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

✨Description: An intense activity without projectiles! Enjoy an intense activity similar to paintball and airsoft, but with laser taggers. Safe, suitable, effective, and above all, no projectiles!

🧘 Parent-child yoga

🎨 Creative afternoon

✨Description: Art workshop led by artist Sylvie Cadorette. A group exhibition at the community café. If you wish, your canvas artwork will be displayed at the café for a month before being returned to you!
